The ratchet suspension is one of the easiest to use, and it lets you twist a small knob to get the perfect fit. These hats are great for most general applications. They’re created with a polyethylene shell and can give you protection against falling objects. The polyethylene is a light, tough material, and it’s made from synthetic resin, so it’s also very flexible. When ethylene is polymerized, it produces polyethylene. It’s one of the most common types of plastic used for safety equipment. The ERB Omega II™ cap style hard hats with 6-point suspension will fit most head sizes and feature a well-balanced, sleek design. Since they’re lightweight, they don’t feel too heavy or place too much strain on the neck. This version of the Omega II caps comes with a pre-printed American Flag logo on both sides of the hard hat. The cap style hard hat is only available in a white color. Other than that, it meets all the same safety regulations as the standard Omega II cap above.
